Blimp

The short version

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Blimp Social App ("we", "us"), which operates Blimp. By using Blimp you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Who can use Blimp

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it. You need an Apple Account to sign in, and you're responsible for what happens on your account.

3. Your content

Your statuses, name, group names and codes are yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to the people you're connected with, in the app and its widgets, for as long as they're in your account. That permission exists only so we can run Blimp.

4. Rules

Don't use Blimp to:

Blimp masks some words automatically (slurs and hate terms) in statuses, names and group names. You can remove, block, mute or report anyone. We review reports and may remove content, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Codes

Invite codes connect people, so treat yours like an invitation: anyone who has it (and its PIN, if you set one) can connect with you. Every code can be used by one owner, once: a code that has been replaced or belonged to a deleted account can't be claimed again. Custom codes can't contain blocked words or brand names, and we may change a code that breaks these rules.

6. Blimp+

Blimp is free. Blimp+ is an optional subscription that adds extras such as pill effects, premium dots, more widgets and a longer Trail. What's included may change over time.

7. The service

We work to keep Blimp running well, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Widgets refresh when iOS allows, so a status may take a few minutes to appear. We may change, pause or stop features, and we'll try to give notice of anything significant.

8. Leaving, and closing accounts

You can stop using Blimp at any time and delete your account in Settings › Delete Account. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Blimp+ subscription; cancel that with Apple. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other people post. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

10. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and isn't responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use of the app must also comply with the App Store's terms.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll tell you in the app first. Continuing to use Blimp after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without affecting any consumer protections you have where you live.
